Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Manage SEO AITracker, provided by Aquil Tech Labs. By creating an account, connecting a Google account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by marketers, agencies and website owners who have lawful authority to connect the Google Analytics and Search Console properties they link to their account.
02 Description of Service
Manage SEO AITracker provides:
We may add, modify or discontinue individual features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice before discontinuing a feature you actively rely on, but we do not guarantee any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
03 Google API Usage
The Service integrates with the Google Analytics and Google Search Console APIs using OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting a Google account, you grant us permission to read data from the properties you select, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We request only read-only scopes, used solely to power analytics, SEO reporting and AI-generated insight features. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Service does not
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any Google property to the Service. You may disconnect access at any time from your account settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
04 Accounts & User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Only connect Google properties you own or are authorized to access.
- Avoid unauthorized access attempts to others' accounts or data.
- Comply with applicable laws, including data protection laws.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized account use.
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
05 Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for the plan and billing cycle you select. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, are non-refundable. We may change our pricing or plans, and we will give you reasonable advance notice before any change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
06 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any malicious, fraudulent or illegal purpose.
- Abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt platform resources or infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Scrape, resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
- Use automated means to access the Service outside of provided APIs or integrations.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses or other harmful code.
07 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, dashboards and AI-generated report templates, is owned by Aquil Tech Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term. You retain ownership of the Google Analytics and Search Console data connected to your account, and of any content you upload to the Service.
08 Disclaimers
The Service, including any AI-generated insights or recommendations, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated insights are produced algorithmically from your connected reporting data and may contain inaccuracies; they are intended to support, not replace, your own judgment and analysis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from Google APIs will always be accurate, complete or available.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquil Tech Labs and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including damages caused by API downtime, third-party service interruptions, inaccuracies in analytics or search data, or data loss originating from external services such as Google. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aquil Tech Labs harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your unauthorized connection of a Google property you were not entitled to access.
11 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, unauthorized platform usage, non-payment, or activity that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, and we will handle any retained data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12 Governing Law & Privacy
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law where you reside. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and disclose information, including data received from Google APIs.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
