This Privacy Policy explains how Aquil Tech Labs collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit aquiltechlabs.com or use Manage SEO AITracker — our AI-powered SEO and analytics reporting platform that connects to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts.
01 Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we receive from Google when you connect your account, and information generated automatically as you use the Service.

02 Google API Services Disclosure
Manage SEO AITracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only use Google user data to operate features you have requested: building analytics dashboards, generating SEO and search-performance reports, and producing AI-generated summaries and recommendations from that reporting data.

When you connect your Google account, we request the minimum scopes needed to provide reporting and insight features:

04 How We Use the Information We Collect
- To provide, operate and maintain the dashboards, reports and AI-generated insights you request.
- To personalize your experience, such as remembering your connected properties and preferences.
- To communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests and send service notices.
- To send product updates and marketing emails, where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To monitor, secure and troubleshoot the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To process payments and manage billing through our payment processor.
- To comply with applicable law, regulation or lawful requests from public authorities.
- To generate aggregated, de-identified statistics that no longer identify you or your Google accounts.
05 How We Disclose Information
Service providers. We share information with vendors who support our infrastructure — for example cloud hosting, database, customer support and payment processing providers — under contracts that limit their use of your information to the services they perform for us.
AI service providers. To generate AI-written summaries and recommendations, relevant reporting data is sent to our large-language-model providers for processing. These providers act under contract and do not use your data to train their own models.
Legal & safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or where we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Aquil Tech Labs, our users or the public.
Business transfers. If Aquil Tech Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective.
With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time you provide it, or with your consent.
06 Your Choices & Rights
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@aquilmedia.in. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common industry standard currently exists for them.
07 Data Retention
We retain personal information, including Google reporting data, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or revoke Google access, we delete or anonymize the associated Google user data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain information longer to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
08 Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting who can view stored Google data, and routine review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10 International Visitors
Aquil Tech Labs operates from multiple countries, and your information may be processed in any of the locations below or by service providers located elsewhere. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
11 Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
